There is not much you can remotely "fix" on a Chromebook because there is not much resident on the local machine!Right, it's really for support with our web applications when they run into a snag. We can walk the user through what they need to do using one of our web applications. GoTo Meeting allows you to share your entire screen from a Chromebook so I'm assuming this is possible.
